For those who aren't sysadmins, when mail servers receive a piece of mail, they check DNS TXT records for SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records to see if the sending SMTP server is authorized for that domain. This is a common anti-spam measure employed by almost everyone. Literally anyone could have caused Trump's servers to generate this traffic.
