Not delay his decision to invade the USSR?

It's clear in 1943, Hitler was losing. In 1933, Germany was poor as fuck, a rabble nation with a new leader. In 1941, Hitler was winning.

So, what happened in the inter-year era of 1941 to 1943, besides Stalingrad and El Alamein?

Perhaps, a swift destruction of the British Army at Dunkirk, followed by IMMEDIATE air and port bombings and dropping of paratroopers into the countryside for guerrilla warfare and a small invasion fleet, with the mere hope of a mere success.
