What do we expect the impact of the re-opening of Hillary's email investigation. Obviously it's bad press that nobody would want a week before election day and provides Trump fodder to attack Clinton with because his opponent is under a federal investigation – however, with Congress in recess and the slow-moving bureaucracy of Washington DC in general, is there reason for optimism that something big could happen within these next 10 days?

I would love to see Hillary Clinton hauled away in cuffs but with all of the formal hearings and bureaucratic processes, etc, I think this would take way longer than the 10 days that we have. And while impeaching her later on is always a possibility, it's infinitely more preferable that she doesn't get elected in the first place so Trump can deal with her as he sees fit.

So in other words, what impact will the investigation have for election day. Just bad press or is there a chance it could sink her campaign in a colossal fashion? We don't have tons of time here.
