How do I know if I'm going to get brainwashed by anything I watch on the msm? They have so many flashing images/graphics and techno sounds I'm afraid to take the risk.
For example would watching CNN for a few hours brainwash me a little, despite already being redpilled?
The Fox News "breaking news" tone is like a Pavlovian bell for me. I instinctively look up at the screen every time.

1. Consciously process all the symbols and messages. Anything consciously processed will be disarmed.
2. Break rapport. Essentially train yourself to see media as the enemy. It will make it all feel unpleasant. Your brain will interpret messages from it as negative and untruthful. Programming only works if you feel like the signal is positive/authoritative/truthful etc. It's why they have anchors and attractive people.
msm means mainstream media in case you didn't know.
