In any case, one who is also at fault is the doctor(s) who treated the faggot, since they let him go and he died a week later because it was not treated well enough. If he just left from the hospital on his own, then that's another case entirely.

But yes, this will be tried as something along the lines of aggravated assault (guilty), involuntary manslaughter (possible) and then they'll add all the hate speech/hate crime aspects into it somehow as well.

It cannot have been self-defense since the faggot, again, according to many witness statements, only spat on the ground or the flag they had there, there was no violence or incitement of violence. Even with self-defense, Finnish laws are quite clear that even in very high tier situations you're barely allowed to defend yourself even if you fear for your life. One instance of this was the case when a burglar broke into a Finnish man's house and used pepperspray and a wooden bat on the houseowner, who defended himself by stabbing the burglar with a kitchen knife. In court, the houseowner was convicted to parole and fines, as well as having to pay for "physical and mental damages" to the burglar because it was deemed the knife was "excessive unmerited use of self-defense".
