Just finished reading pic related after a recommendation from a Holla Forumsack. Was worse than i thought it would be. The writer has an almost childish view of the world which is pretty amazing considering who it is. For example, after the russians say ANY incursion onto russian soil will be retaliated with nukes. They find a small team recceing a nuclear missile base on russian soil and he imagines the russians to just say, meh we will just ignore it. He also massively overestimates the capability of a computer virus/trojan. He has a single computer virus infiltrating and disabling russian military command communication, nuclear command communication and a dead hand system for nukes all in one.

I agree and related for this topic. That anime is about a RWDS soldier from a space-nazis civilization (which is fighting a SJW enemy) who lands on post-apoc Ice Age earth where he has to put down the sword and learn to find live in this new society and try to sexually-reproduce himself. After 19 y.o., once a day is too much. Once per three days is acceptable, but more than that will drain your energy.

No to the sugar, but I'd say I eat as many carbs as most people do. My best guess so far is possible heavy metal poisoning (drank tap water like crazy until a month ago). Had an user once recommend I get coblation turbinate reduction to increase the oxygen I breath in (I have a narrow nose, one side is always congested for some reason). Happen to know a good metal detox? Hear ginger is good.

Just pull the skin back. You probably won't be able to get it very far before it hurts, but work on it every day. You should have been doing this around when you started puberty. I know my foreskin was tight until I started jerking off and never really let go completely until I had sex the first time.

1200 is too little, assuming you are male. 2000 is baseline maintenance for a normal man without doing exercise, 1500 is fine if you are trying to lose weight. If you are lifting at the gym you are going to be hungry at 1500 though because your baseline for maintenance goes up as you expend energy

If you're new to lifting, do full body exercises every other day, and on off days do something less strenuous for about 20-30 minutes (short sprints, jogging, jumping rope, swimming, just something to get your heart rate up)

Be sure to calculate how much you need to eat, and try to get more protein/fat in lieu of carbohydrates. (Particularly important, if you're a poorfag, eat lots of eggs, if you're a richfag, eat a little red meat, lots of poultry, and lots of eggs)

Sleep, a lot, a good general rule of thumb is 8 hrs.

As you grow stronger, move to do more weight/less reps per exercise, stick around 4-8 reps (anything more specific is just broscience, unless you're considering being a powerlifter), and try to split your workout into more specific body parts (this is nebulous, be too general, and you plateau quickly, be too targeted, and you become a weak fuckboi)

I cant speak to how it chemically effects you as far as testosterone (there are lots of conflicting opinions on this), but the sharp spike in dopamine is sure to make your determination waver.

Well the reason I asked was because I dropped 90% of the carbs I ate a year ago and it did wonders for my body. There's a book called Grain Brain by Perlmutter, if you're interesting in learning about blood sugar and gluten it's an excellent book.

It doesn't help that it is longer than most so that even at full expansion, there is usually only a small bit of the head showing.

If I practiced pulling and holding it for 5-10 minuites twice a day, any idea how long it would be until I see any results?

How do you keep your blood sugar from making you feel totally fucked? I tried a diet once that involved a few days without carbs, and it was fucking brutal.

Its hard for me to remember because it was so long ago. I remember this being uncomfortable, but its like any body training and will get easier with time.
If I was having the issue today, I would work on stretching it for a few weeks and then I would buy the tightest fleshlight they have on the market and use that to simulate sex (if you have a gf use her obviously) and take it the rest of the way. The orgasm is a good motivator to continue and like I said, the first time I had sex is when it finally "let go" so to speak. Holla Forums, I have terrible acne and I'm way too old for it. I've tried everything the doctors have told me, but I'm not getting any results.

I want to stop putting chemicals on my face. Hardly anyone else my age looks like me. I started taking zinc, and I've heard omega-3 fish oil is good, but I haven't started taking it yet.

Check your eating habits. Fat and sugars are the most common causes of acne, as far as I know.

That's your diet causing blood sugar and insulin imbalance. Eat your meals on time, high fiber diet in the morning.

Combine with basic exercises should fix your energetic rollercoaster, but if you start lifting without proper diet you're just making your self hate exercise as you felt tired at the wrong moments.

Zinc isn't the miracle cure that most people think and simply cutting sugar consumption when 50% of all food is GMO won't help either.
Tretinoin was like 10$ a 30-day tube when prescribed from a doctor to me and cleared it up in 2 months. Also, you can get prescribed just generic antibiotics but you shouldn't contribute to the growing misuse of antibiotics tbh.

I'm on Tretinoin and an antibiotic now and I still get painful cystic acne pretty much every day. dermatologists haven't been able to help. I feel like I'm totally fucked.

I've also heard that eliminating fluoride could help, but I don't have the money for a reverse osmosis filter atm.

Have you tried washing your sheets and pillow cases? You need to do it at least every couple weeks but really it should be done weekly. Dirty sheets will give you acne.

Look, I'm not going to tell you what to do, but make sure you don't over-do it. one problem with really restrictive diets is that when you fall off the wagon it can be really hard to get back on. Personally I've lost almost 40 lbs so far, trying to really accelerate my rate of loss, but it's been tough.

I strongly suggest dietary supplements for any anons facing depression, lack of motivation, or lack of energy. If anyone wants specifics just ask.


for soap I use a foaming dispenser and Dr. Bronner's soap. I found an organic shampoo (mine is specifically for thinning hair), I also use herban cowboy deodorant and natural laundry detergent. Knock out those 4 products and you drastically reduce exposure to xenoestrogens.

Bingo. Every time you fap your body wastes a lot of zinc, which means it'll take about two days to replenish the zinc needed to produce testosterone. And that's only if you do it once a week like I do, without porn. Individually for the most part. There are 2 that are cocktails, but I think they are good quality. Specifically I take the Megafood brand B complex, because it is a food based source for 8 vitamins. I also take Seeking Health brand Trace Minerals Complex II, because it has chelates of 9 different minerals, some of them ones that aren't considered "essential" by the FDA.

Generally speaking you want to look for chelated minerals, and when you do, avoid picolinate chelates and gluconate chelates.

We do it for the long haul, as an investment. One day people and their bad health and poor planning and lack of care will catch up with them. We won't have the same debt, the same health issues, etc.
