this NBC article talks about Chicago-style hot-dogs for the annual Congressional Picnic that's usually held in the middle of June. I don't think you can call the annual Congressional Picnic a "private party at the White House".

They didn't order hot-dogs from Chicago and had them delivered by plane, they hired a chef from Chicago to work with the White House chef in the White House kitchen. It looks like you can't bring food from outside or order any food from outside the White House and the White House kitchen / Secret Service is responsible for all the food served. This isn't the first time the words 'pizzas' and 'hotdogs' seem to have a double meaning in some e-mails.
But I agree with and I think all the possible pedo / prostitution stuff should be posted in one or two threads outside of this one to avoid confusion.
