How the hell do you think culture developed in the first place? Evolution does not just apply to physical traits, it is behavioural too. Specific common behaviour is culture. That's all there fucking is to it.
They won't. Only Danes can be Danes. Unless it is perpetually and completely enforced both in and outside of the public domain, non-Danes will never act or think like Danes. Same goes for every race and culture. It is an important step in developing this knowledge though. Saying "come in and integrate" and being met with failure (as they have) leads to "if you come in you must integrate" and being met with failure either leads to apartheid or (and inevitably) "get out".
