Saw this last year, was a really nice surprise. Didn't know anything about it other than it's sci-fi. Better than Triangle, which everyone seems to like for some reason.

You should also check out Time Lapse which is a pretty good indie film.

While we're talking about timeloop movies, Summer Time Machine Blues is my favourite. It's a comedy, but definitely the cleverest of the ones I've seen, and I make a point to watch them all.

Better than Primer?

I wouldn't say it's better, but it is cleverer, and becomes even more fun with a second or third viewing, because there's a lot of small things you miss in the background the first time, you just don't know to look for them.
