The water still tastes like shit out of the filter though, so what i do is adding Vitamin C (i have the best grade of it, 100% chemically pure, and levogyre ascorbic acid, 45€ a kilo) and then I dusted off my ionizing plate that's made just for ionizing water and food, and has been sitting unused for well over a decade. Turns out it was the perfect added treatment to that filtered water to make it very good.
That plate thing merely charges objects in static electricity, thus charging them in electrons. Pretty good stuff, made by a guy I became friends with in organic faires in the 90s.
You can even use it on yourself.
Now my water kicks ass, it's virtually free, doesnt need pipe pressure, can be collected from rainfall with added equipment, and doesnt come in shitty plastic bottles.
