It's just boring. I went to see it a couple days after it came out thinking it can't possibly be as bad as people say. It pretty much was. The problem was that the writing made literally no sense, it felt like they patched together multiple scripts.
Characters made no sense. The negro ex storm trooper could have been the most interesting character in the movie, but as soon as he stopped being a storm trooper he turned into a stereotypical "le funny black man". They even had a stupid fucking joke where he says something like "droid please" and the crowd exploded laughing, guess it's supposed to be funny because it sounds like "nigga please" which is something we expect dumbass niggers to say? Also the main character, she could have been anybody and she didn't have any struggles specific to a female jedi in the star wars universe, even though this is something that KOTOR did without shoehorning in SJW shit.
The use of CGI was fucking godawful. There was literally no reason why the emperor had to be CGI, and it was completely immersion breaking. The camera work made no sense. For example, the scene where ray for some reason stands on a box or something in the bar, and is having a conversation with the nigger while now looking down on him, it made no sense. The framing of the "traitor" scene made no sense.
I could go on and on. However, I will say that the first 15-20 minutes were great, and the music was 10/10.
