On any other board I would understand why this would create some type of issue, but this is Holla Forums. We're not like other boards. Our "job" is to help keep this site up by deleting illegal shit. What we do outside of that is irrelevant. That's just the way it is. That's how Holla Forums always should be.

This place can't have 100% free reign without being what it is. That's the nature of Holla Forums. Even if mods were to crack down and remove their definition of 'cancer' it wouldn't ensure everyone can enjoy everything all at once. Someone is always going to disagree with someone else, that's also the nature of the board. Right now, it's harmonious.

How to "smileypost"

1. Post with flags on nearly every post. Alternate flags sometimes in the same thread without changing writing style or dropping hints you're clearly the same user.
2. Quote, cite, or argue anything related to /fringe/.
3. Save the imagepacks he has uploaded before and use the images there or simply save images you've seen associated with Smiley before. Copy the filename too.
4. Say "t. x" or "regards x" in a lot of posts. Ardently deny you are Smiley if "caught".
5. Threaten to carry out acts of terrorism, to spam boards, etc. when people are giving you indicators they think you are mad to affirm to them that you are "so mad".
6. Use the so called "reddit spacing" and write properly. Sometimes intentionally change this though and write full paragraphs and alternate writing style since Smiley is known to constantly switch writing styles. Drop use of capitals sometimes and use Canadian/British style writing (e.g. "colour") most of the time but switch to other styles as well.
7. Use google translate or similar and put a post written in English to it and translate it to pretend you can speak in another language. Even if you actually can speak in another language don't do it. When caught this will be certain "proof" you are Smiley.
8. Don't quote a lot of posts all at once and respond to them all. Although Smiley sometimes does this he is generally known to make his way from top to bottom of thread responding to each post as he sees it one at a time, writing a post, submitting it, then going on. He generally refuses to quote and respond to multiple posts at once.
9. Spam entire books in thread for no apparent reason.
10. Be hyperbolic racist. As if you were trying to be Moon Man, Ben Garrison, Pepe, and Sam Hyde all mixed into one.
11. Complain about degeneracy.
12. Be very over the top edgy.
13. Ramble about freedom of speech being the most important thing ever and that you can't live without it.
14. Talk about what a recluse you are and relate stories of seeing some girl at a store or the market and barely talking to them.
