How do we know it's actually Nintendo and not some tool posing as them? Nobody checks to see if DMCA notices are legit, and it's no secret that Tumblr's staff has a "shoot first, ask questions later" approach when it comes to looking for excuses to obliterate someone's blog. IF you create a copy of a design (like dito for example) it still belongs to nintendo because they designed it.
