Google's main center of operations is right fucking there.
If you want to avoid that cost of living you're going to have an ungodly commute.

The commute in quite godly, user, and can be done in ~20min if you offset your schedule and find the true path.

Most of the people at Google are well-intentioned. The engineers use GNU/Linux (a customized version of Ubuntu). But just like anywhere else, there are plenty if incompetent dipshits too. Overall, its a lot of good people being paid well to collectively do some bad things to users, like violating their privacy.

If america:
High pay, nice workspace, benefits, no free speech.
Else:
High pay, shit workspace, sweatshop schedule
