No. I have done extra research yesterday and what the video supposedly shows is and older black male getting a blowjob from a girl in the 5-8 age range. I've read conflicting info about where it occurred, with the first thing saying it happened in Trinidad. I also read one thing that said the child was from Michigan. Several sources reported that the sending of the video originated in Alabama though, and reports of the guy being arrested led me to believe he was caught there.
