user, as someone who also relapses to degenerate stuff all I can say is that the only sure way to fight urges is mental strength. Doing things will make urges rarer and slightly weaker as you have something else to do BUT it takes your raw mental strength to actually battle the urge. I myself can't fight through an urge, so my nofap streaks are purely dependent on how long the gap between them is. BUT with each urge I can feel my strength to fight them rise a little and I think may just be able to fight the next one. But it took me months of trying. So, please, just be strong and keep fighting.
