I left them as soon as they disabled board creation and deleted multiple of my boards on there which I put way too much time and effort into.

Well, like all chans it has some good points and some not so good points, but overall I have to say that it is better than this shithole. Not that it takes much to be better than here, mind you.
Thing is, chans are dead as a medium. There is just nothing they have to offer that you can't get on Tor boards with less hassle and better user interaction. The intellectual bar to getting there is higher, so you eliminate a lot of kiddies and retards right off the bat. Autists as well, because getting to the good places requires patience and social skills. Chans just can't compete anymore.
