Then I consider the facts as their presented: they told the guy repeatedly to stand down and he didn't, one officer told the other as the guy was resisting and refusing to comply with orders that he was armed with a gun. Consider the police officer's personal right to defend himself, consider that he has a protocol that entails giving clear orders before using any force, which the video shows, he gave repeatedly to no fucking avail. The nigger could have complied and saved his life, but he didn't. The trouble is that the racial/economic dynamic isn't cut and dry. There are poor whites and well off non-whites.
