Dear lefty pol /Islamicstate/ and /Islam/ mod here, as a person familiar with both peaceful pacifist Islam and violent jihadist Islam I've come to propose an idea of sorts and was wondering what your opinion on it was I asked Holla Forums and atypical results happened I asked /Islam/ and they were more or less not interested due to possible fear of being monitored by the FBI.
Now here's some info about me I've given three FBI interviews, I'm currently disabled but waiting for a judge to sign off on my SSI again, and I've been featured in a memri article. So I'm not worried about the FBI or charges for conspiracy or anything because I'm not doing anything illegal.
So here's the plan, make an NGO designed and targeted at, at risk Muslim youth, train the and reeducate them with CVE assistance & create a moderate Muslim militia inclusive of various sects and ideologies. The goal is to advocate for shariah for Libya and secure the country for them/with them since they already have a semi functioning constitution ( needs a bill of rights, examples of how shariah will be implemented and some context for certain things )
The best bet to do this is to secure the oilfields and generate revenue for additional soldiers then work on peace treaties between tribes and work on unifying Libya once again under an Islamic republic.
My plan is to assist them in doing this and to assure mutual aid to all parties willing to come to peace talks over Libya if this is a success then the model (of a moderate Muslim army/militia) can be replicated, further funded and utilized in Yemen and Afghanistan to restore broken or disfuntional states. By creating Islamic republics we can gurentee individual and minority rights are firmly protected, peace is assured by appealing to the aspect or shariah law which most Muslim counties want and democracy is installed to provide voices to communities and ensure that all parties are represents and heard.
I submit to you my plan as a means of identifying any problems I might have within it or surrounding its parameters, I'm open to changing it and would like some feedback thank you. also happy 4th of July.

Actually the goal is to bring everyone to the table for peace talks there wouldn't be an instance of taxation due to religious preference. Maybe if your Christian or Jewish but I don't think that's an issue.
It wouldn't be fueling fundamentalism. It would be creating a diverse group capable of spreading both democracy and shariah law.

I think how to deal with extremism is address the psychological and economic problems of the individuals. This will take away their vulnerabilities at the source. I am not sure how well that could be pulled off in Libya though.
What is so moderate about forming a militia?
Will that only apply to Muslims or everyone in the country? If it only applies to Muslims then what would you do when someone leaves Islam? Would non Muslims be given equal rights and have secular law? Does each ideology of Islam get its own sharia? Sorry if this is covered in the doc, I did not want to download it just to view it.
so it is a representative democracy? Does each group get their own representative? Is the number or representatives proportionate to the size of the group or are they on equal representation?

I have an idea. How about instead of fueling islamic imperialism and fundamentalism we instead support secular and socialist militias that already exist in the middle east. After a serious of revolutions a la arab spring, we unite the Arab world under socialism calling the super state, The United Socialist Arab Republic (USAR). We then get money from literal domination of the oil market, use that to find social programs and diversify the economy. Become the worlds superpower and destroy american imperialism
