I honestly really want to +1 this, however the issue with banning VPN posts is that most users are too afraid to bump into CP or be tracked by "DA JOOZ" to turn it off. Holla Forums is simply not stable enough of a website yet to disable VPN posts, even though it would end the spam and CP. Holla Forums's focus is on "Free Speech", and that's great and admirable up until the audience that you want to hear you gives up because of the said CP and spam. Its a paradox, a lose lose.
