A while ago when I was in a rural part of Norway I was talking with some refugees that would've worked for free on some of the farms in the area just because they were bored. But the people wouldn't let them near their farms even if they were paid to take them.
There really should be more government programs to get them doing something so they don't stagnate. Even if it's just like english and math skills, those could be helpful for the people whether or not they're sent back to the middle east and keep them out of trouble.
