Make sure you ONLY install the driver for your keyboard, not the bloatware. And try using Windows's built-in driver installation tool (Device Manager), and find the driver with that one. Don't use the installer from Logitech.

The only solution is: DON'T USE PROGRAMMABLE KEYBOARD (except the ones which can be programmed without any software).
I would recommend avoiding USB keyboards on Windows all together.
