This is very bad when Earth is a bombed out resource starved shithole hive planet that exists solely to house the bureaucracy that is the central Earth government styled after a federalized United Nations, the United Colonial Nations, which also has an extra-extranational legbreaker organization in the form of the more militarized Interstellar Strategic Initiative.
