I was supposed to suicide like 2 years ago but I am too pussy to do that. I can't jump off the building and I can't try other methods because it's too painful. If I had a gun I'd shoot myself immediately. I can go on for at least 4-5 years because I am used to this life. It used to be painful but it seems normal now. I can't really enjoy life, but nor do I suffer that much. I will probably just help others until I find a gun.

Four actually, my two 1st rank ones are: Ligature strangulation because it is fairly easy and quick and Hypothermia, by taking a warm bath in wool clothes and getting drunk then going for a walk, probably sometime next winter it'll be pretty cold first since the wet clothes and the booze dilating my veins but once the hypothermia kicks in and I start to feel like overheating it should be pretty comfy. 2nd options are Shotgun/rifle in mouth highest chance of success and lowest pain of all options if done right but will fuck up who ever happens to find my skull and brains all over the walls and helium exit bag which scares me because I am afraid of my body panicking after I pass out and ripping open the bag and then getting brain damage and failing. **

I was actually strongly considering suicide about a week ago. Was going to do it the old-fashioned way of starvation. Since experimenting with fasts, hunger doesn't actually bother me anymore, and after a few days you stop being hungry altogether. So long as you drink water and taking pills to keep up your electrolytes, you just get weaker and weaker and then one day go to bed and your heart stops.

I'd also stop being ~5 pounds overweight, for fuck's sake.

I have a plan, a very good plan. Create will, prepay for a direct cremation, trash anything of mine that has little to no value, sell off everything that does, empty house completely of everything, delete all social media, withdraw all money from bank, send all funds to friend by fedex, find a nice well trafficked area outdoors and blow my brains out.
