Superiority is the polar opposite of Inferiority, but that doesn't mean the subjective take on the concept is all or nothing. Saying one thing is inferior doesn't immediately make something else superior. You can hate one thing and still hate another thing. Hating it a little less doesn't mean it's outright superior. The terms have more than one definition.

Races with undesirable genetics should be destroyed. They could be salvaged with science and eugenics but it's not worth the trouble imho.

Races with unproblematic or interesting genetic lineages are potential vassals or even allies, assuming their cultures are not degenerate or we don't need their land and resources. If they are culturally degenerate and causing us trouble, extermination might be the best solution if the costs of fixing their degeneration are not worth it, or if this is just impossible.

I'm not sure about the arabs but I'm not optimistic. Kikes are irredeemable. Blacks actually have some good things no other race has, I would keep them in reserves of varying level of progress, study them to figure out if there's any hope and go from there, though I understand why some people might think this is not worth the effort.

as for the bosnian SS, its goes the same as for all balkan units under germany. the germans needed troops for their fight against the soviets, and with guerrila warfare behind the lines its quite difficult. so they set up various organisations, police and auxillary units to deal with the guerrila warfare. they heavely relied on the clergy, goverment officials and capitalists to recruit and fund these units, since the guerillas were ususaly communist partisans.
the bosnian muslim SS was however more based on muslims there wanting some autonomy (they were ruled by either serbs or croats) and protection from croat progoms (muh catholic clay) and the germans promised it to them.
