The servers are located at NT Tech in Reno NV. They also have a facility in SanFrancisco, where the backups are probably housed, I think.
I don't know what you are thinking OP, but NT Tech is owned by Jim, so reporting anything to them won't do you any good.
The only reporting that you can do that will have any impact is directly to the Feds in Reno and SF.
