I think it has something to do with blood types. A) Feeling a sense of purpose - if someone feels they have a job to do, they tend to live longer. They may feel that Israel is not yet the promised land and continue to build towards a stronger Israel.

B) Stress free lifestyles - have any of these people ever done hard, strenuous work for extended periods? I doubt it. They most likely have cushy high tier CEO type jobs where they make a lot of money for little effort. They also probably have little stress in regards to the law/punishment, as none of them ever seem to be held responsible for their actions.

C) Nepotism - Not only would nepotism lead them to comfortable lives, but may also make sure they're connected to the right doctors and connected to the best of specialists when needed.
