Realize that there are BILLIONS of people in Africa and the population continues to grow at an incredible rate, and they are completely dependent on foreign aid. And no matter how hard we may try, we cannot increase global food production at an exponential rate to match their population growth. They must be allowed to become self-sufficient, even if it is a painful process. Though our intentions may be good trying to support them though I suspect our global "leaders" are aware of the truth and have an interest in keeping Africa under control we are ultimately creating a situation where there will be starvation and mass unrest in Africa on a scale never before seen on Earth. Billions of Africans starving and fighting for whatever resources they can get their hands on. Unprecedented amounts of human suffering.

That's all true. It wasn't chance that our ancestors were selected for their intelligence, resilience, and ability to plan. Just like the blacks were never selected for anything but aggressiveness because their environment always provided sufficient food and shelter, they never had to adapt. Yes I highly doubt it too. Not only because of today's modern aid packages and shit, but also because blacks have almost always been in Africa. If they never leave that continent, which rarely ever gets very cold, they won't have any reason to evolve, even if everyone stopped sending aid.
