Had to look it up, so you're basically a mall cop. Luckily don't have the amount of niggery you guys in the states have so it's not so much a thing until you get to big stores in the cities. On top of that we're not allowed to have fun things like tazers or whatever.

Flagging is pretty easy and steady work at least during the summer. Most city's have a minimum hour requirement per day so even if they don't need you they still send you home with at least a half days pay. Sure you get the odd asshole who wants to fuck with you but for the most part its alright. Plus on hotter days some times nice people bring you cold drinks and treats. Could be nice until you get the money to get a car and work security or something
