It was easier for me because I have a long-term GF. If you don't have an outlet like that, otherwise yeah you might need to do nofap also to cut the porn. Maybe not need, but it'll probably help a lot. It also helped me to cut way down on the masturbation but again, I had a girl to bang that previously I rarely did because I was fapping too much to porn.
