You are absolutely suffering from some form of psychosis. I've gone through amphetamine psychosis, I know exactly how real that feels and can relate with everything you've stated. When I was going through that, I experienced almost the exact same things. If you are doing meth or some sort of speed, stop immediately and check into rehab if you need to. If you aren't using drugs, then seek a psychiatrist immediately.
