It's not a position earned through 3-4 years of being shown the ropes, its just an extra week of classroom work and extra responsibilities. Nope, all three years non-combat. Conscripts are never deployed these days. People who do actual fighting are elite troops, not just some random NEETs like I was when I conscripted.
