There is one neighborhood in town that goes all out on Halloween. All the streets shut down. People hand out drinks to the parents. They have bounce-houses and haunted houses. It's a giant party. I used to rent there and wasn't really into Halloween but went along with it.
Now I own in a neighborhood down the road and there are never any trick-or-treaters because everyone takes their kids to my old neighborhood. Except this year that community has hired security to keep out non-residents because niggers have started showing up and causing problems.
It's gonna be fun to see what happens.
