He's really playing up the "high road" meme lately, not taking any sort of line of attack against hillary's health, letting it play out on its own while he hammers her on her corruption.
It's a good play. He makes her feel like dying every day by laying out to the american people her treasonous activities, while they can't say he's harping on her health.
