They are named Betyarsereg. They are "outlaws" that don't respect government but old Hungarian ways. Betyar means ==highwayman==
They look up to Rózsa Sándor, look him up.

I am not completely informed, but have been paying attention to the organisation since I find it fascinating. A little excerpt:
Zsolt Tyirityán, leader of Betyársereg, a Hungarian neo-nazi paramilitary organization. Tyirityán is perhaps best know for his opinion that Adolf Hitler is a “politician of great influence and European caliber, whose proper appreciation has yet to arrive.” His loosely organized group Betyársereg have been openly recruiting members since at least 2009.

It should be said, that people in central Europe, sunbathe / work outside during the summer. Also, Hungarians come in two colors. Completely white and brown. Both are completely badass.
