It doesn't seem like we have any specifics yet on it yet, but if single people are allowed to do that just fine, this is very nice for anyone who wants to invest should they choose to be a parent. There's also mention of "elder care," but I'm not sure I understood if we can apply it to ourselves. It would be nice to, because I don't expect a penny out of my SS fund. The plan doesn't look the way I want it to, but at the same time it incentives good work and saving for everyone, degenerate or not. If you have two more children, then you really need to teach them how to share. If you are to stingy to give your child 20 dollars because he has lost his wallet, then you are a bad parent. Of course there are exceptions, like maybe you are having financial difficulties and you can only give him 10, or maybe he keeps loosing the wallet and you want to teach him a lesson. An extreme objectivitist might call them parasites because they don't produce anything for even 25 years and they feed from your wealth. Even so this would prove that money isn't everything and people will want to have children not because it's a good financial decision(at least not in the current century, unlike 1000 years ago) but because they want to, either because they love children or they want to propagate their racial genes.

Secondly, a more accurate example would be the following. In a free market society, the child looses his wallet and goes to his father/mother and ask for 20 dollars. The parents aren't forced to give him the 20 bucks, but if they are good people/parents then they will voluntarily give the child 20 dollars which is fine with the NAP and free market. In a state run society if they child looses his wallet he goes to twenty houses in the neighborhood, including yours, with two police officers and demands each household family 1 dollar and 20 cents(1 dollar for the child, 10 cents for each cop), if they refuse then the cops will send the family to jail for tax evasion since the law states if the child looses his wallet then the people need to pay for it.
