If you watch the video, you'll see that he explicitly states that he doesn't consider himself alt-right.
Vic does bodybuilding tutorials, while Latsbrah talks about Holla Forums related stuff. There's a difference.

Latsbrah should do bodybuilding tutorials, too. His role model talk is pretty cringeworthy whereas bodybuilding is something he's probably more competent at.
