As an Ivy League grad student who has done research at Harvard, I'll tell you that Asian-Americans try harder than almost everyone else, including Jews. Asians-American behavior is strange in that their parents force them to attend summer school their entire childhood so that they could get an advantage over their non-Asian peers.

Let's talk about IQ for a minute.

IQ isn't intelligence, it only measures your ability to complete a test. What does the test measure? IQ. From this point, you just have different people pass the same test and compare their results, arranging them on a gaussian bell curve around 100. It's just an arbitrary number which rests entirely on the idea that the test is efficient at something, and ranking people with each other.

So let me state it plainly: the average IQ in Israel is 100. The average IQ in Zimbabwe is 100. The average IQ in Portugal is 100. The average IQ in China is 100. It can't be higher, nor even lower.

Now you can compare different countries, that, is, if you have people from all of them pass the exact same test. And there we have problems. A lot of efforts have been made to make quite universal tests that don't require any language comprehension, revolving on shapes and numbers. That's great, but thing is they're much worse tests than the traditional, national ones resting on a culture and language, and there's always a split in results if you have people pass both. In the end, those culture-agnostic tests are very different, and not as good, nor as complete and thorough.

And even when you compare different people from different countries, you can't have everyone pass it. So you pick a sample. Why do you pick a sample? Well because a study once determined that a very small group randomly can be very representative of a global population. A couple other studies seemed to confirm that, and since then, no one ever confirmed it again. No one took notice of the countless advancements of the 21th century and checked if that was still the case today. And everyone took it for granted that a small sample is 100% representative of any larger population all the time because it rarely ever happens that it's not, right?

Because how can a sample be representative enough, especially now that people full well know small samples are used, which makes it even easier to cheat the whole process. All in all, the analysis of an IQ test should be very limited, for it says very little about an individual. Its inventor didn't fool himself with what it was, but it became very popular and people forgot what its purpose was. Evaluating someone's ability to clean their home, survive in their environment, tend to their kids, not be a danger for others, and function normally within a society is much more speaking. For a lot of places they had small localized samples and besides that we don't know where different people top off after the Flynn effect is done, just where they are now. I know you are tempted to think it means the population of a country because of that particular word but the thing is that population here means a set of individual results. If you combine multiple sets of data, the total average is indeed still 100 but the individual results are all adjusted for the change in values from an increase in the sample size. As a result, niggers tend to bundle up near the low end of the graph with a group average of much lower than 100 because even though a sample of only niggers will make them have an average of 100, adding non-nigger groups to the sample will push them below it.
