i don't think the movement is fascist at all. fascism is a very specific thing you are replacing something else very specific with. There are absolutely not precedents for liberal democracy being replaced by fascism. There are monarchies, socialist fringe states, welfare states - even a couple of mild kleptocracies, where fascism has taken hold but nothing like the west. So even if you applied fascist ideals, the end product would not fascism.
