You see what happened is that after the war the government was dismantled by America at behest of the jews, this created a huge power vacuum. The people who make up the current political structure of Japan created the structure through the help of Yakuza who took quick control of the country without any real resistance after the war. The new government devoid of crime on the surface but ruled by a huge structure of unjust power exerted from both sides, Yakuza and the politicians that worked with them.
