For the past year i've been living with depression. Lately i have been feeling super depressed about life to a point where i don't even see myself being happy in the future. My family hates my and says that i'm a failure and think that what i feel is bullshit to get attention. None of my friends care about me, they always go out and make plans without me and dont take me seriously. The only person who really cares about me is my best friend, but she too, is depressed. I don't know what to do anymore, i just want it to end, but i'm too much of a coward to commit suicide. The only way i found to express me is by writting but even that doesn't do it for me anymore. Just because you don't see a way out doesn't mean there isn't one. I don't know what you've tried so far, but you should keep trying. As dumb as it sounds, exercise is great for mental health. If you don't have the money for equipment or a gym membership, start running. get some sand bags. There are tons of youtube videos. Even yoga would work and that's a good way to meet girls(not that you should depend on a woman for happiness). Affirmations are a good way to deal with stuff as well. Start meditating. Talk to a doctor about trying different meds if what you have isn't working. It doesn't mean you're crazy. Half of Murica is on anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds. You're definitely not alone. Lastly, find better friends. That's a tall order so consider that a long-term goal. Best of luck, user.
