Are you hacking only computers, or Bluetooth, wi-fi, cell phones, radio, cable or satellite, and building security and surveillance? Some gadgets that would allow you to do these things have blueprints you can find online and also come pre-built from stores online. The blue-box, signal jammers, USB and file keyloggers, etc.

This tech can be bought from security and policing sales sites. Look for Private Investigator gear and Forensics and Evidence suppliers.

You need their full names, their addresses, and any other social contact information you can find on them. Where they went to school, what activities they partook in, what their parent's and family relative's names are, where they grew up and anywhere they used to live. You need to get in contact with people from these previous places and see what they know. Find someone with access to a local school's online library source database to search newspaper articles from these locations to find any valuable information. Ask around for anyone knowing if they use fake names. Find out as much as you can about their pasts.

Then find out who they hang out with right now. Find out where they currently reside and what their habits are in these areas. You need to learn what phones they use (what kinds), what cars they drive, and what security is like in and around their neighborhoods and houses. You need to find out what clothes they wear and any subtle patterns you can identify. Do they have dogs? Do they have any favorite authors or favorite actors and actresses, foreign and local? Any deaths of close friends or pets? Every last bit of information you can find on these people needs to be collected. Especially if they're seeing anyone intimately. That's your bread and butter. If they throw away their morals and principles to be with someone who upholds everything they stand against? Things like that can destroy an image today, especially something like littering, or eavesdropping on them secretly talking shit about the things they talk about in their videos and reports. Maybe one of them likes scat porn or gets off from animal abuse crushing.

If you think you can blend in and get close to them, or you can find someone who can and will, then discuss your reasons for what you're doing. You should be able to meet these people or find someone who used to know these people and can help you get close to your targets through familiarizing yourself and surrounding yourself with the things your target is used to, or likes. From there you might not even get close. It's easy for someone to get caught up in the fame and lose sight of the human to human level of communication and relationship. Everything they don't tell you, can speak louder than words at times. You should be able to speak with someone who at least knows your target and has some gossip to drop. Even if the gossip is between that person and another person.

And when I say get close, I mean become. I mean create a new character for yourself and become that character day in and day out.

You need to look like one of them.
You need to shave any body hair you have.
Change what you wear to something slim fitting and heavily patterned with preferably brown primary colors.
You need to put hair gel in your hair or use hair spray, shave your beard every morning and night.
Trim your eyebrows and shave around your neck and in the back and under your hair lines
Change your mannerisms and facial expressions to external occurrences
Wear moccasin shoes or converse
You need accessories like maybe even a fucking piercing, but definitely consumerist tech and tech accessories and maybe some bags
You need to change how you walk, and almost convince yourself that what you believe in is everything they believe in
Rent a car if you must, or borrow a nice car from a friend if you can

How old do you look? Can you get a fake ID? Probably not, but you can fake records and buy your way into a reputation you didn't earn within a fortnight using some simple fake emails and some video editing and fake testimonials from other fake user accounts. Use your imagination. If you're serious about your hacking this shouldn't be an issue. In fact, this method could be all it takes to gain yourself an audience with some of these people. At which point, it's up to you to use what you've learned about their pasts and interests to garner favor and charisma from them to gain trust.

When you can get close enough to access the target's phone or computer, or you're close enough to learn information about the target you know you absolutely cannot find online then you're one step closer to accessing personal information about your target that will be the key to either hacking, or blackmailing this target and/or destroying the target's online credibility and thus hacking your target and exploiting its bugs for your own profit, or the people's profit whatever.

If you're looking to take down some NGO or gang, you will need names of members and all names of family members and relatives. Finding these lobbyists and supporters can be found through baiting a donation, baiting memorabilia and merchandise, baiting a fake account and reputation to support and gain trust from members. You find who knows who, and who might know who through similar interests and likes using social media and any accounts used elsewhere used to seal identity and uphold anonymity.

Your looking for people with money, or people likely coming from money and/or know people with money. It's the money that attracts these supporters and opponents of causes to specific bills being passed in or around the states or country. Many of the people with the most money probably use fake accounts on social media and use it to survey and study others through anonymity and trust. That's where you need to cut.

You need to find out what banks are being used and where money is being sent from and to whom. And since people can use online banking today to wire transfer money electronically at any given time of day, it's important for you to recognize what banks there are, if you can find out what the largest business are that most likely fund their business through what bank, and from what location.

This would be easiest for you to find out what businesses (or sources of revenue, or donations) most likely support. Find out where these business owners and representatives and officials live, and if they have any family. Where their family members bank, is where the head honchos likely bank. And if you can learn if business funds are being used to support a less than reputable cause; or if you can find that certain transfers are being wired between one bank to another (which is an in-person process) then maybe you can find out if that bank is overseas? Maybe you can find out where certain funds are being pulled from, and if anything illegal has anything to do with that source of revenue, or there's a supporter doing something naughty and wrong in his or her free time - just a little blackmail can cut that flow of financial support.

You don't have to directly control a gang if you're paying someone to handle affairs for you. You use a phone, and fortunately for us, you can buy interceptors online (probably even in person). Learn who is puling the strings. But how do you find out who is the messenger, the handler of affairs? Get in close with the gang, or observe from a safe distance or pay an informant from within the gang or NGO who can get you the names of the people in charge.

If you can recognize what laws are being broken from A-Z then maybe you can report your findings through an anonymous tip to the FBI, or you can use that anonymity to blackmail and threaten what I can only assume is a large syndicate of supporters tied like monkeys in a barrel between the same criminal charges left and right.

You're aiming to take down the supporters and lobbyists that bribe and persuade lawmakers into controlling a community along an agenda that best suits the financial benefit of their friend's own prosperity first before what lawmakers would believe to be their own gain. I get that. But it's important to learn who all would be affected by a law, down to the last peasant and unexpected individual. You could be inadvertently affected for all you know.

You're goal is to find where this money comes from and if it's being used towards anything else and expose it completely. It would help if you could hack into a bank's files, or if you could use a high quality camera (or small hidden camera) to snap any record of a credit card or anything personal you can catch a pic or vid of in person. Or you could use a keylogger on an important person's computer and gain any history of passwords, emails, usernames, and/or credit card and personal information. You need to find out what these people are spending their money on. Or find out who they're having who spend what money on, you catch the gist.

And it would help if you had people on your team who can speak or interpret foreign languages. These groups favoring in opposition to your interests are very wealthy, and likely share that wealth over the world through investments and loans, material collateral being the most valuable.

You could be the person they're attracted to, the person they want to be friends with, the person they come to for help or advice, maybe drugs, protesting support, anything.

No it's true, real social engineering requires you to believe that you are that person and it goes even deeper.
Social engineering is the hardest skill set to achieve because you have to deal with emotions and human contact, the longer you are undercover the harder it will get because humans tend to become careless after awhile.
This isn't doing 2 or 3 phone calls this is months of work, so if you are up against people with money or people that pull the strings you have to be on your toes all the time because they will screen you.
Doing all that work for few nude pictures of an e celeb is a waste of time and money.

A good start would be indeed a group or movement that pulls the strings, see if you can infiltrate such group and uncover secrets of important people or maybe they get money from shady groups.
This is no child play since you need a plan + resources.
