It's a decent idea overall but you're taking it too fast.
"Astroturfing" support for sitting/kneeling during the anthem is a start. Once athletes gain notoriety and attention for that, THEN you move on to instigating the acts you've suggested. The ones with poor impulse control will transition quickly to maintain the wave of dopamine and adrenaline. And so we will free the normies of social justice.

All we need to do is get them to pick up on the narrative that sports fans are FUCKING WHITE MALES REEE who harass poor underprivileged minorities, like professional Football players. It wouldn't be a hard sell for the journos, maybe an anti-Kopperneck petition or trolling op would do the trick.
I doubt sports fans are autistic enough to go full #ShekelShoah, but they won't like seeing their hobby disparaged any more than gaymers. Once the fire is started, sit back and grab the popcorn.
