It depends. My friend works in a Catholic hospital in a conservative area, and Fox News is the order of the day. Any other channel is eventually turned back to Fox, and CNN is basically not an option. That's in the staff areas. In the waiting rooms, families are able to change the channel, but no one in the referral basin wants to watch CNN much, either.
