It obviously isn't as awful as this board says it is, opposing communities tend to judge each other by cherry-picked screenshots of posts that they use to mock each other as caricatures. But nonetheless just looking at those rules should still be enough to scare any sane human being off. Holla Forums has it's own trigger words and tends to react badly to dissent but at least this place is capable of pretending it isn't a torture chamber.

r/anarchism forces participants to adhere to every single proclamation of SRS upon pain of immediate ban. Anarchists are supposed to deal with this sort of thing through discussion, tolerance of dissent and forgiveness rather than summary executions. The moderation process is dominated by a vanguard of users who all have suspicious links to SRS and all vote the same way. There is an insistence on forcing compliance with critical theory, which is nothing to do with anarchism.

Tell me it's not as bad as we say it is.
