1. Learning another language, after a year or two you will be able to converse at a basic/intermediate level depending on language

I think some of these issues or fears are a natural part of us all as we are growing up. We end up getting past those barriers the more we interact with people, especially of the opposite gender. My problem, though, is that, in addition to the issues I mentioned, I had a very sheltered life and I was subjected to bullying at my school - particularly from the women. This may have exacerbated my pre-existent issues (or created them in the first place), and made me seek a way to avoid interaction with women until much later. This, in turn, made me not develop the social skills needed to manage people, particularly females. I actually felt a lot of anger towards women back then mixed with the fear. Around my college years, though, as I longed for a partner, I started idealizing women as well, which is fucking stupid.

I did start interacting better around my university years. I also took better care of my body from then on and forced myself to get out of my comfort zone and interact more with people in general, including going to parties and shit like that. I had 6 years of a Chad life, in a sense, and I had a number of women who actually enjoyed my presence and a select few who would actually get out of their way to signal pretty openly that they were interested in more than just a friendship (up to and including giving me their number despite me not asking or even flirting with them).
