No it doesn't. You just get a beer buzz while doing the other drugs so it makes it feel like they are amplified. Alcohol thins your blood and makes you dehydrated. It actually makes the drugs have less of an effect because it rejects them out of your system faster. It may seem like it "amplifies" the drugs at first (which it doesn't) but it will actually make the drugs have less of an effect in the long run, because you will be pissing out all of the active ingredients.
