Purely for debate and legal purposes, but where EXACTLY is the line drawn between pornography and things like art/lifestyle/accident/medical or sociological documentation, etc.

The Supreme Court came out with two landmark quotes "I know it when I see it" and "nudity in and of itself is not sexual", so we end up with sites like purenudism being entirely legal (its a nudist colony website WITH children on it), Thora Birch being naked and underage in movies like American Beauty, and things like medical textbooks tracking puberty progression. Is a nude image with no other context, no lewdness, no erotic poses just a nude image? Is the pornographic aspect drawn in the minds of the viewer?
Any solo content of Masha should be legal, no? Brooke Shields did it in a national magazine at 11, I think Holla Forums can handle a consenting 15 year old (the age of consent in the jurisdiction I'm given to understand most content was created in).
