It's better than doing nothing and just arguing here ad nauseum. We need to co-opt social media campaigns like this to show that radical leftist views are becoming mainstream. It may also convince a few of radical leftist ideas, or at the very least normalize such ideas within the context of the greater movement.
If we're just going to sit here and bicker on Holla Forums, we might as well do something remotely constructive in the form of online activism. It's still not an excuse for getting out there and physically protesting or rioting, but it's at least something.

One concern I have, though, is that the upcoming crash might cause people to turn against leftists rather than just "the establishment" and neoliberalism if it occurs under HRC. If it happens under Trump, it will only further galvanize the masses against the political right and facilitate the radicalization of the American left. The police and the military are already largely fanatical for Trump; no matter how stupid he may be, he could basically turn the United States into an overtly totalitarian regime.

I think it's too late for that. My personal account was already used for personal activities a long time ago, so I'd need to go back then and scrub if I do make that change.
