The part that image fails to mention is that the warhead itself will likely be intact and detonate the moment it falls at the detonation altitude, raining nuclear death all over Poland and Romania.
ABMs from what I hear would only effectively destroy the propulsion system, not the nuke itself. Warheads would probably be heavily shielded in anticipation of ABM interception as well.
